Canvas Tarpaulins and their Features

Canvas Tarps are blended with polyester yarn. Canvas Tarpaulins are made from heavyweight material which has been chemically treated to make it easier to handle. Some features and types of canvas tarpaulins are given below.

Polycotton Tarpaulins:

Poly cotton tarps are lightweight and easy to use. Canvas Tarpaulin is made of a cotton and polyester mix that provides superior strength. These sheets have a 20centimetres spacing between alternating eyelets. These tarps are made of traditional cotton fabric and have superior strength. These tarps are also treated for weather resistant protection and are breathable. One of the main benefits is that they are fabricated from natural fabric and are breathable, but a slight shrinkage can occur where tarps are subjected to varying temperatures.



Flame-Retardant Poly Cotton Tarpaulins:

Poly cotton tarps are lightweight and easy to use. These tarps are made of a cotton and polyester blend that provides superior strength. These sheets have 20cm intervals between alternating eyelets. These tarps are also treated for weather resistant protection and are breathable.

Ripstop Canvas Tarpaulins:

These tarps are medium weight and easy to use. RC is made of a heavyweight material that has been chemically treated. These tarps come with a 12mm brass plate and at 2ft intervals, eyelets sit in one stitched hem. These sheets are built-up at tabs located to ensure a fixing firm from each eyelet. Tan Canvas Tarpaulins:

Tan Canvas Tarps are made from natural fabric and are breathable and durable. These tarps are made up of single-filled cotton-duck. These sheets are sold without hems, eyelets, and seams but are made up of wax processed against water resistance. These sheets are water resistant, but if they are subjected to excessive heat, they can shrink slightly.

Dark Green Canvas Tarpaulins:

These heavyweight tarps are made from natural fabric with a single cotton duck fill. These dark military hardy tarps offer excellent abrasion and puncture protection. The reinforced hem of these tarps has brass eyelets spaced at 2ft intervals. Because they are made of wax-proofed cloth, these covers are water resistant. The tarps have single-stitched seams and hems.

CP Wax Canvas Tarpaulins:

CP Wax canvas tarpaulins are lightweight and easy to handle. CP Wax is manufactured from a natural fabric such as cotton, which is the best-selling canvas tarp.
